Office Administrator

Position: Administrator
Position Description: Office duties to include answering telephones, scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Position Requirements: Must have basic computer skills and basic telephone skills. Will train. Must be available for work from 7am to 12pm or 1pm to 7pm Monday-Friday. The complete written job description for this position is available for review in our office.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
